The box office at the Robert Schumann Saal generally opens one hour before each event.

Discounts apply to regular ticket prices for all events of the series erstKlassik!, Zweiklang!, 440Hz, Talente entdecken or Palastmusik at the Robert Schumann Saal. Booking is possible throughout the season. Discounts do not apply to events promoted by external promoters.
Discounts are currently exclusively available by telephoning +49(0)211-27 40 00 (westticket), in the Opernshop (Heinrich-Heine-Allee 24, Düsseldorf) or at the Kunstpalast (Fridays 2-6 pm).
Useful Information
Note for wheelchair users:
Two spaces for wheelchairs are available in row 22. For events sold via westticket, these must be booked in advance via westticket, Tel. 0211-27 4000.
Travel entitlement
Cards with a corresponding imprint include an entitlement to free return travel on public transport (2nd class) in the VRR area, price level D.
