New Acquisitions

Through targeted purchases and donations, the collection can be constantly expanded, supplemented and qualitatively developed.

New acquisitions enter the collection in many ways: the museum has access to funds from the state capital Düsseldorf for purchases, but support from private individuals and foundations is no less important. The Friends of the Museum participate in acquisitions for the museum in a tried and tested tradition, and artists and citizens interested in art donate generously time and again.
