Conditions of participation – #mamaphone

The campaign is organised by the Stiftung Museum Kunstpalast.

By sending in the voice messages, you authorise the Kunstpalast to use them for advertising purposes and to disseminate them on social networks (Facebook and Instagram). In addition, the audio files will become part of the ‘Mama’ exhibition, as they will be played as a sound file in a room of the exhibition during its duration.

The telephone number from which the voice message is sent to us will not be passed on. The name and other details of the sender will not be communicated.
Legal recourse is excluded. These conditions of participation are subject to German law.
