Free admission to the collection every first Thursday of the month from 6-9 pm,
the admission to the exhibitions are 13 €, concessions 10 €.
Holders of a ticket for the NRW-Forum pay the concessionary entrance fee for the Kunstpalast
2 for 1: Holders of a debit (EC) or credit card from Sparkasse Düsseldorf can add a free ticket for a second person on their own ticket on Saturdays.

The museum is open every day except Mondays. Visitors are asked to leave the exhibition rooms 10 minutes before closing time.
